Thailand’s Copyright Act B.E. 2537 treats shop playback as communication to the public — but collection is multi-CMO and historically overlapping. MCT (works) + Phonorights (recordings) are common doors; other societies may still claim repertoire. Not LMKN. Not MACP+PPM+RPM.
- Number / status: No single national tariff gazette like Indonesia’s Kepmen table. Each Thai CMO publishes its own venue bands (seats, rooms, monitors…). Thon will not invent a blended THB rate. Ask every society whose songs you actually play; DIP song records help check claims.

- Keep a repertoire / source note — defence against duplicate collectors

Why Thailand stays outline on numbers
Publishing one café THB figure as ‘the Thai fee’ would be false — another society can still knock. Honest atlas: map the doors, warn about overlap, Desk when quotes arrive.
Personal streaming ≠ licence
Spotify/YouTube consumer accounts do not clear communication to the public under Thai copyright. Same idea as VN/ID/MY — different enforcement path.
