Karaoke is its own PP 56/2021 class. Indonesian law prices rooms per day (× ~300 days/year) — not Vietnam’s karaoke decree rows, not Malaysia’s MACP ‘persons capacity’ karaoke tariff.

Different maths from Vietnam
VN karaoke cells follow NĐ 17 annex rows. Indonesia multiplies daily room rates by operating-day conventions in the ministerial tariff. Do not paste VN numbers into an Indo quote.
Organiser / owner pays
Business owner owes LMKN. Featured singing does not move the duty to the guest. Keep room logs if the tariff is per room per day.
