Indonesian hotel royalties are banded by room count (plus a resort/boutique lump sum) under the ministerial tariff — not VN area×coefficient, not MY MACP per-room + lobby add-ons stacked with PPM/RPM.

Property vs outlet
One building, several music uses. Lobby background under hotel band is not automatic clearance for a ticketed ballroom show or a public karaoke floor — those follow their own Indonesian classes.
