Karaoke system vendors rarely replace public-performance clearance for compositions or masters. Get both in writing.
Rooms × pax, not café seats
Do not quote the restaurant seat calculator for a KTV floor. FILSCAP uses annual-per-room bands by capacity — wrong class = wrong number.
