Venue background ≠ show clearance
A café’s LMKN seat tariff does not cover a ticketed concert in the same building. Indonesian classes are separate — same country, different rows.
Organiser pays the event class
Ticket seller / promoter usually holds the LMKN event licence. Venue background music is another invoice. Keep both trails if you run both.
Thon does not collect
Percentages and daily rates here are Kepmen 2016 references wired into /id/app/. LMKN invoice is the authority.
