How facts work
Every live cell carries a summary, legal basis, structured primary-source links, a check date (asOf), and a status. Outline cells refuse invented tariffs.
Three things to remember
- Number / status: Live = published law or CMO schedule we verified. Outline = honest opaque — no fake fee.
- Who to pay: Who to pay lists real doors (CMO / counsel / right holder). The invoice or licence is authority.
- Not this: Legal advice · collecting for CMOs · porting Vietnam maths to another country.
